Everyone has different needs, which is why we offer so many ways of managing your account with us. We aim to provide services that make dealing with us easier for all our customers, supporting the Disability Discrimination Act (1995).
Using the Internet - This web site and online service has been designed to enable easy access for all our customers, including those who use enabling software on their computer.
Using the phone - You can manage many aspects of your account over the telephone. A textphone service is available for customers with hearing or speech impairments and who use a textphone. We also accept calls made via Typetalk/ BT Text Direct.
All banking documents and literature are available, on demand, in accessible formats (such as large print, Braille or audio cassette) for customers with sight impairments.
