Helping the Community

At HFC Bank, we actively support the communities in which we operate and are proud of the work we do in raising money for both national charities and local initiatives.

Our major charity partners are Macmillan Cancer Support and St Basil’s, a West Midlands-based charity to prevent youth homelessness. In addition to corporate donations, employees are actively involved in their own fundraising projects and HFC supports these efforts through a matching programme.

Environmental care

HFC Bank also places great emphasis on environmental care and this is reflected in the number of environmental awards the Bank has won. The Bank makes every effort to recycle its paper, as well as use recycled paper wherever possible.

HFC Bank has embarked on a ground-breaking project with British Waterways in 2010, to ‘adopt‘ a mile of the Birmingham Canal, providing an improved canal for everyone to enjoy.
