Financial Difficulties
We believe that customers in financial difficulties should be treated in a courteous and professional manner. We do require you to repay your account with us according to your agreement, but consistent with your ability to do so and with no unreasonable demands made of you. If your account is overdue, we will attempt to contact you either by telephone (including mobile and text messaging), or by letter. If we cannot contact you to discuss the situation, we will progress to more formal procedures such as the use of solicitors and debt collection agencies, so it’s much better for you to discuss your situation with us sooner rather than later.
