Financial Difficulties

We believe that customers in financial difficulties should be treated in a courteous and professional manner. We do require you to repay your account with us according to your agreement, but consistent with your ability to do so with no unreasonable demands made of you. If your account is overdue, we will make reasonable attempts to contact you either by telephone (including mobile and text messaging), or by letter. If you think you might not be able to make a repayment, please contact us right away so we can discuss ways of helping you. We have a dedicated UK-based team of specialists who will be able to run through options with you and hopefully resolve any repayment difficulties you may have at an early stage. Please call us on:-
