Our Head Office is situated in the heart of Berkshire - 10 minutes from Windsor and 5 minutes from Ascot racecourse and contains the Bank's Marketing, Human Resource, Credit Policy, Finance, Retail Services, Communications, Compliance and Legal departments.
We believe in team spirit and since sport helps us to reinforce this, we actively encourage it. We have a well-equipped gymnasium, two tennis courts, and several company teams including football.
A subsidised restaurant is the usual eating place for a selection of hot meals and snacks. This is supplemented by a shop which offers other services such as dry cleaning.
Birmingham Operations Centre
Based at 3 prime sites - Edmund Street, Camden House and Paradise Circus - the Birmingham Operations Centre is situated in the centre of Birmingham, and is easily reached by major transport links.
Birmingham is at the heart of the Bank's operations, providing customer services to all the bank's customers. Key activities run from here include payment and application processing, customer services, telemarketing, collections and fraud detection. Each year, the centre deals with 2 million applications and 10 million telephone calls and receives more than 26 million payments.
Bracknell
Our Bracknell office is the secured lending centre for the Bank housing Sterling Credit Limited and Endeavour Personal Finance Limited.
In the heart of Bracknell the building is ideally located in the town's business area and is easily reached by major transport links.
There is a subsidised restaurant serving a selection of hot meals and snacks and the main shopping area of the town is a short walk away.
